• Shipping within the U.S.: All orders within the United States are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery occurs within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

• International Shipping: We offer shipping to many international destinations. International orders take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive, depending on the location. Please note that customs fees and other taxes may apply at the time of delivery.

Returns

At The Craft Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return process.

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product that does not meet your expectations.

• Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags attached. We will not accept items that are damaged or do not meet these conditions.
